Who we are

Innovations are made by and for people

Innovations are made by and for people and thus, we should also develop them together. The State Competence Center Digital Care (PflegeDigital@BW) creates the setting to do just that. Initiated by and in cooperation with the Ministry of Social Affairs, Health and Integration Baden-Württemberg, we have been developing, analysing and communicating digitally supported solutions for long-term care together with partners from the field, from academia, wider society, industry and government.

PflegeDigital@BW raises awareness and connects people and organisations from different sectors and professions. With our range of services, we want to inspire people with care and assistance needs, caregivers, and those involved in civil society about the opportunities of digitalisation and at the same time sensitize them to the challenges. Together with the many different players in long-term care, we will create concepts for training and continuing education, organise workshops with management and staff, analyse, moderate and provide support for digitalisation measures, transformation processes as well as innovation projects in long-term care facilities and other organisations.

We look forward to exchanging ideas together – with you.
